Terms

Effective 3 September 2026. Last updated 3 September 2026. These Terms govern use of Big Beautiful Bill, operated by Gopalakrishnan, a sole operator based in India(“we”, “us”, “our”). Notices and questions go to bigbeautifulbill@swiftystudio.com. By using the service or paying for a placement, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy notice, and the Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service and do not pay.

1. The service

Big Beautiful Bill is a public promotional receipt. A buyer submits a public app or website URL and pays for either a ranked regular placement or an available fixed-price permanent position. Listings are paid advertisements. A payment buys the chance to appear at the rank that amount can take when payment is verified. It does not promise visits, clicks, sales, search ranking, exclusive placement, a fixed duration in a regular rank, availability, or any other commercial result.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
• If you buy for a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company, and “you” includes that company.
• You may not use the service if you are prohibited from receiving services under the laws of India, the United States, or another applicable jurisdiction, including trade sanctions.

3. Destinations and acceptable use

You must be authorized to promote the submitted destination. Destinations must use public HTTP or HTTPS. You represent that the listing and destination comply with applicable law, are not impersonating another person or brand, and are not malware, phishing, a scam, or primarily designed to deceive visitors.

You may not list or use the service for:

• Sexual, pornographic, or adult-platform content; invite or messaging group links used as the destination; or link shorteners used to hide the real destination.
• Content that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, hateful, violent, or that exploits children.
• Counterfeit goods, unauthorized streaming, or other infringement of copyright, trademark, or other rights.
• Offers that require licenses you do not have, including certain financial, medical, gambling, or weapons-related offers.
• Interfering with the service, including scraping beyond ordinary browsing, bypassing rate limits, or automated checkout without our written permission.

We may reject, hide, or remove destinations that create legal, safety, payment, or reputational risk. Send rights or listing complaints to bigbeautifulbill@swiftystudio.com with your contact details, the listing, and why it should be removed.

4. Prices, ranking, and permanent positions

Listed prices are whole-dollar US dollar amounts exclusive of applicable tax. Dodo Payments calculates tax at hosted checkout from the buyer’s location. Tax does not affect ranking. Regular placements rank by their active verified cumulative total, then the verified time and immutable identifier of the latest eligible top-up. Payments made before cumulative top-ups launched are not added together: only the highest eligible old purchase forms the starting balance. Each later regular payment adds to that hostname while it remains eligible. Permanent positions #1, #2, and #3 cost $500, $150, and $50 and can have only one lifetime owner. Refund, dispute, moderation, or removal does not make an acquired permanent position available again. A regular hostname that wins a permanent position is no longer shown as a regular row.

Completing checkout is an offer to buy placement. The listing publishes only after we verify and apply a signed successful-payment event. Rank at the moment you start checkout is informational. Another buyer may complete first. A later regular payment can outrank you.

5. Payment authority

Checkout is hosted by Dodo Payments. We do not collect or store full payment-card numbers. Starting checkout, leaving the site, or returning in the browser does not prove payment. Provider processing, taxes, and payment methods may be subject to additional Dodo terms. Amounts are USD. Before checkout you must confirm that you have read these Terms.

6. Moderation and availability

We may hide a hostname when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect visitors, comply with law, or address provider concerns. Hiding applies to the hostname and blocks new purchases until restored. Moderation does not automatically create a refund. Permanent positions that cannot be displayed remain visibly marked as removed. Appearance on the receipt is not our endorsement. Linked destinations have their own terms. We are not responsible for them.

The service is provided as available. It may be slow, incorrect, or offline. We may change ranking rules, categories, or these Terms. If a change is material, we will update the date at the top of this page. Completed purchases remain subject to these Terms and the Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual property

You retain rights in your destination and grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to display its submitted hostname, category, and link as needed to operate the receipt. You represent that the placement does not violate another party’s rights. The service design, software, and branding remain the property of their respective owners. You may not copy the service or use our brand to suggest we endorse you.

8. Refunds

The Refund Policy forms part of these Terms. Certain stale or conflicting successful payments are automatically sent for a full refund. Other payments are otherwise final as described there. Opening a payment dispute does not guarantee continued display.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that a listing will produce any result.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that applicable law does not allow us to limit. Subject to that, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, substitute services, or other indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for a claim relating to a payment is limited to the amount you paid us for the placement that the claim concerns.

You will defend and hold Gopalakrishnan harmless from claims, damages, and reasonable legal fees arising out of your listing, your destination, or your breach of these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer rights that cannot be displaced still apply. If a part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms, the Privacy notice, the Refund Policy, and the checkout details you confirm form the entire agreement for the service. Contact bigbeautifulbill@swiftystudio.com with notices or questions.
