Privacy

Effective 3 September 2026. Last updated 3 September 2026. Gopalakrishnan, a sole operator based in India, is responsible for personal data processed through Big Beautiful Bill. Privacy questions may be sent to bigbeautifulbill@swiftystudio.com. This notice sits alongside the Terms.

1. Scope

This notice explains how Big Beautiful Bill handles information from public visitors, placement buyers, and allowlisted administrators. It does not govern the privacy practices of linked websites or independent payment-provider pages.

2. Information we handle

We keep the service small and collect what we need to run it.

• Submitted destination URLs, normalized hostnames, the buyer-selected category, placement choices, and whole-dollar bid or permanent-position amounts.
• Opaque checkout identifiers, provider session and payment identifiers, payment amount and status facts, refund state, and signed-event processing diagnostics needed to publish and reconcile placements.
• A domain-separated HMAC digest derived from the requesting network address for fixed-window checkout rate limiting. The raw address is not stored in the application database.
• For administrators, email-based authentication state, the verified account identifier, moderation reasons, timestamps, and audit records.
• Messages you send us, kept as needed to respond and to keep a legal record.

We do not set an advertising or visitor-tracking cookie on this site. We do not run a product analytics suite, click counters, or email newsletters. Your browser may still send standard request data such as user agent and IP address to our host while the page loads.

3. Payment and infrastructure providers

Dodo Payments hosts checkout and collects the customer and billing details required to process payment. Big Beautiful Bill does not add those customer fields to its public receipt and does not store raw webhook bodies. Card details are collected by Dodo, not by us. Supabase provides the database, Realtime service, and administrator authentication. The application is hosted on Vercel in the United States. These providers may process technical or account information under their own terms. Some processing occurs outside India.

4. How information is used

Information is used to validate and reserve a placement, create and reconcile checkout, verify payment events, rank and display eligible links, prevent duplicate or abusive requests, issue required refunds, investigate failures, authenticate administrators, moderate hostnames, maintain audits, and comply with legal obligations, including tax and accounting records where required.

We do not sell your personal data.

5. Public information

A visible receipt entry exposes its hostname, outbound destination, category, amount, and receipt position. Permanent-slot status is also public. Anyone can see those facts, including search engines. Do not list a destination if you do not want that information shown. Customer details, private payment records, webhook records, refunds, moderation history, and admin identity are not published through the browser data interface.

6. Sharing

Information may be shared with Dodo Payments, Supabase, hosting and infrastructure providers, professional advisers, or authorities when necessary to operate the service or comply with law.

7. Retention and security

Verified purchase, ownership, refund, dispute, moderation, and audit facts may be retained to enforce lifetime positions, restore valid fallback placements, reconcile payments, prevent fraud, and meet legal duties. We use access controls, signed webhooks, least-privilege database grants, and server-only secrets, but no system is risk-free.

8. Choices and rights

Depending on location, including under the laws of India and similar laws where they apply, a person may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive information, and to complain to a regulator. Requests should be sent to bigbeautifulbill@swiftystudio.com. We may need enough information to find your data. Public listing content is not made private merely by appearing on the receipt; you can ask us to hide a listing.

9. Children and changes

The service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has used the service, contact us and we will delete the data we can identify. Revisions will be posted with a new last-updated date.
